The Digital Kit programme is an initiative for digitalisation through vouchers and financial aid for SMEs and the self-employed to access digital solutions and advance in their level of digital maturity.

Digital solutions:

Description and minimum specifications

Power BI is Microsoft's business intelligence tool that connects various data sources and allows you to create interactive reports updated in real time. The solution includes a number of hours of parameterisation for adaptation to processes and data loading:

  • Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 70 hours.
  • Segment II (3 - less than 10 employees): 40 hours.
  • Segment III (0 - less than 3 employees): 30 hours.

Some of the features offered by the solution are the following:

  • Integration with various databases.
  • Data storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • It allows the creation of structured and highly visual panels.
  • Allows data to be exported to Excel.

Description and specifications

Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft's CRM for the management of the company's customers and commercial relations. The hours established in the programme for the parameterisation of the solution according to the size of the company are as follows:

  • Segment I (10 - less than 50 employees): 40 hours.
  • Segment II (3-9 employees): 30 hours.
  • Segments III (0-2 employees): 30 hours.

Some of the functionalities included in the solution are the following:

  • Comprehensive customer management: registration of customers in the system, management of opportunities and registration of interactions and relations with them.
  • Lead and opportunity management.
  • Creation and automation of commercial tasks and actions.
  • Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up.
  • Configuration of different types of alerts.
  • Document management platform.
  • Responsive design.
  • Integration with other tools.

Description and specifications

Business Central, Microsoft's ERP in the cloud, has a technical community of millions of users worldwide. It is a scalable tool that adapts to businesses and helps them meet management and business development requirements. The hours of parameterisation of the solution established in the programme are as follows:

  • Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 60 hours.
  • Segment II (3 - less than 10 employees): 45 hours.
  • Segment III (0 - less than 3 employees): 45 hours.

Microsoft ERP allows you to digitise and automate processes and workflows such as accounting and finance, invoicing, project control and management, inventory, purchasing and supplier payments, human resources and logistics.

It is also upgradeable and scalable and integrates with other platforms allowing information to flow.

Compliance: ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation regulating invoicing obligations in Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any other applicable regulations.

How to apply for the Digital Kit voucher

The European Funds for digitisation plans will be implemented through calls for subsidies, tenders and grants from the different ministries, Autonomous Communities and local councils . It will be the administrations that will publish calls for public tenders, subsidies and grants, and the possibility of submitting projects is also envisaged. 

The application deadline for companies with between 10 and 49 employees is 15 March.

The challenge of market digitalisation

The European Funds for digitalisation plans form part of the NextGenerationEU Funds within the Transformation and Resilience Recovery Plan, a historic mobilisation of European funds to boost the region in the face of the social and economic devastation caused by the pandemic. One of the pillars of this aid, in line with the Spain Digital Agenda 2025, is to boost the digital economy by promoting the digital transformation of SMEs in our country, investing 11,000 million euros for digital projects and skills between 2021 and 2023.

Only 17% of Spanish SMEs have integrated digital technologies into their business. The digitisation of small and medium-sized enterprises is a pending and necessary subject in order to achieve strategic objectives and prepare ourselves to be competitive in the new digital economy paradigm. For SMEs, digital transformation means an increase in productivity and competitiveness and ensures future profitability.
