For uncollectible invoices, the system allows you to issue corrective invoices and thus recover VAT. It is also possible to limit the vehicle bookings of a customer with a high risk or overdue debt. The module can be extended with a customer portal so that the customer can consult documents and update his profile.

A GoomRent module for managing payments to suppliers and collections from customers. The system generates SEPA files for issuing direct debits (B2B) or core (B2C) and transfers.

With the customer service or after-sales management module both external and internal incidents are dispatched. When an incident occurs, it is registered in the system and assigned to a team or user.
In addition, the system allows the configuration of a preventive maintenance protocol for vehicles by assigning tasks, people in charge and dates. It also includes reports for managers related to the number of incidents per vehicle, associated costs, repair times, customer satisfaction and other variables.
Module for the management of vehicle rental and its integration with other computer applications: reservation, request, delivery and tracking of the vehicle and its return. During the whole process, the movements and locations of the vehicles will be known.
In addition, an analysis of the profitability of the vehicle is provided from the following views:
- Enrolment (as a minimum unit of analysis).
