What is GoomDoc
GoomDoc It is a document management solution integrated into the Microsoft ERP. It is based on integration of SharePoint and Business Central automatically creating SharePoint sites when uploading documents to the ERP and establishing a direct connection between both systems. In this way, with just a few clicks, document traceability is created and you can navigate from one system to the other. In addition, it is a cloud solution that allows documents to be managed securely.

Main functionality features of GoomDoc
- Automatic folder creation when attaching documents to Business Central entities for customers, vendors, contacts, purchase invoices, purchase credit memos, and jobs.
- Once the document is saved, the system will automatically create a folder in SharePoint with the entity's corresponding code and its attached documentation.
- In the customer, vendor, contact, purchase and sales invoice, and credit memo cards of Business Central, a section has been developed to easily attach documents: 'Import file'.
- Such documents can be uploaded directly from the user's device, thereby linking the files to the corresponding record.
- View button to open the documents.
