What is Docuten
Through this connector, you can send all types of documents to be signed quickly, easily, and from any device. The application possibilities are limitless; new contracts, sales proposals, partner agreements, commercial contracts, etc.
This digital signature program helps you send and control the entire signing process, as well as download the already signed PDF documents without leaving your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision system.

Types of signatures
Biometric
- Increased productivity
Sign documents using a handwritten signature on any mobile device (tablet, smartphone).
OTP (One Time Password)
- Signature executed through a single-use and time-limited code sent to the signer via SMS or email:
- Qualified digital certificate hosted on Docuten: previously issued by any certification authority (such as the FNMT) in the signer's name and associated with their NIF.
- Unqualified digital certificate issued by Docuten in the signer's name: generated when there is no digital certificate associated with the signer in Docuten.
Cloud certificate
- Sign using digital certificates issued in the name of the signer that remain hosted in Docuten:
- Signing with local own certificate: performed with a qualified electronic certificate hosted on the signer's own device.
- Qualified cloud signature: enables qualified signing from any device and location.
