Organize your projects, contacts, inventories, content and processes with Microsoft Lists
A new app that allows you to intelligently track information within Microsoft 365. With this new tool you can create lists, share them and track activities. Not a task or notes app, Microsoft Lists allows you to track a task across the entire subscription service.
From this tool you can control the entire process information flow between Teams, SharePoint and Outlook. In this way, you know the status of the process at all times and can easily check if any incident has occurred. It is a tool designed for the management of materials, calendars, inventories and other collaborative projects.
Start with templates
Microsoft Lists offers a number of templates to get you started quickly and make it easy for you to adapt. For example, with the quick templates, lists can be created quickly, sorted by color, and rules and new processes can be added.
Integrated with Microsoft 365
It is a tool natively integrated into Microsoft 365 processes. Everyone can be informed with lists e.g. from Teams. In addition, rules, reminders and comments can be added to the lists.
The integration with Power Platform allows the automation of the app processes. Moreover, lists can be used as a data source.
Lists can be customized using calendar, grid, gallery or fully customized user views. Basic form elements and highlighting details can also be configured.
You can also configure actions and alerts when certain events occur. This feature is similar to Outlook filters.
