We review some of the new features introduced in the latest monthly updates of ClickDimensions, the digital marketing platform natively integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
New question type for forms
A new question type has been enabled for ClickDimensions forms: MultiSelect. It works similar to the List type and allows to select multiple answers for the same question. It is possible to map to multiple choice CRM fields. Visually it will look like a dropdown:
Filter in Email Usage chart
In ClickDimensions Configuration we can access graphs that show us the use of different functionalities of the tool. One of these measurements is that of the emails sent from the tool. Until now, you could get an overview of them with the possibility of adjusting through filters the time period you want to visualize. Now you can also filter by volume of marketing and transactional emails to obtain more detailed information on the use we make of emailing.
Tables in the email editor New Drag and Drop
A new option has been enabled that allows you to copy and paste tables from Microsoft Word or websites into the text section of the New Drag and Drop email designer. Once copied into the editor, the content and style of the table can be modified there.
Preview of the Campaign Automation Templates
Now, before choosing one of campaig automation's own or default templates, the option to visualize it appears. Thus, before opening it, it is possible to take a look at all its components.
